Action Duchenne has contacted Centres directly to get the most up to date information on what services from the Standards of Care guidelines they provide, so that families are able to see where they can access services near to where they live.
In order to ensure that the site remains as up to date as possible you can use the form below to let us know if a service has not been available at a centre you have visited, or if services are available that aren't currently displayed.
If your Muscle Centre does not appear in the Table then please let us know. We are also keen to know if a Muscle Centre has closed or has moved.
Action Duchenne will be responsible for all moderation of the muscle centre micro site and any points of dispute should be raised with Action Duchenne staff.
The site will be fully updated every 12 months, with muscle centres featured contacted. The site will display information on changes in levels of service provision.
Where major changes in services occur, or in the event in inaccurate information being displayed, the site will be updated out with the 12 monthly reviews.
